Design Week is dead

It’s part of a standard Friday to open up the latest Design Week mag that got ignored on the Thursday it was delivered. This Friday marked an end to that routine. The Design Week magazine is dead, and it comes fairly soon after receiving a facelift that promised a fresh era for the publication.

So now that we’ve witnessed the end of Design Week as a magazine we thought it would be fun to search the office for the oldest issue we own (yeah – sounds outrageously fun right!!?). We managed to unearth the beauty below from 17th March 2005! After taking a flick through I think it’s safe to say the last issue of Design Week to come off the presses was far more visually pleasing than the earliest issue we had to hand!

Will we miss Design Week? Probably a little bit yeah…it smelt kinda nice.
